Interview with managers of the Management project Teacher and School Quality Program (1st and 2nd gen) in 2564 (TSQP)

“Think it yourself, Do it yourself” stands as the guiding principle of the Teacher and School Quality Program (TSQP). Penpan Jittaseni, one of the managers of the Management project Teacher and School Quality Program, granted I AM KRU an opportunity to delve into the program’s operation, which is aimed at advancing middle-sized schools to improve their systems. Both the school management system and the studying development process are geared towards yielding results for the students.

1. Important Goal of the Project:
The primary goal of the project is to develop the entire school system. Both the director management system and the teaching system aim to produce results with the “learner” in mind.

2. Support Mechanisms for Teacher and School
Project: The project operates over a span of 3 years and aids in the comprehensive development of schools through two main components. The 1st part focuses on executive management tasks such as school schedule adjustments and exchange among professional learning communities (PLC. The 2nd part concentrates on teaching development. Both components directly impact the “learner”.
The project operates through collaboration, with a coach system in place during the initial 1-3 years. Subsequently, coaches and mentors gradually transfer full responsibility to the school.

3. Responsibility for Addressing Inequality:
Addressing inequality is a collective responsibility within the system, with the main organization tasked with creating policies that promote equality amidst diversity serving as the primary actor.
